We offer free standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days within the United States. International shipping is also available with delivery times varying depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 BUSINESS days. During peak times, such as holidays or sale periods, processing times may be longer.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without an aroma. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@raniarosefashion.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items are inspected carefully before shipment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report damaged items within 48 hours of receiving using the email address contact@raniarosefashion.com. Please place "damaged item" or "return" in the subject line.
